Timesheet Terms & Conditions – Chef Lee Culinary
By signing the timesheet, the Client confirms the hours worked by the Relief Chef and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding payment and service engagement:
1. Confirmation of Hours
1.1 The Client is responsible for accurately recording and verifying the hours worked by the Relief Chef.
1.2 The Client must sign the timesheet at the end of each shift or working week to confirm the total hours worked.
1.3 If the Client disputes any recorded hours, they must raise this in writing within 24 hours of signing the timesheet. Failure to do so will result in the hours being deemed correct and payable in full.
2. Agreement to Payment Terms
2.1 By signing the timesheet, the Client acknowledges their obligation to pay for all hours confirmed, as per the agreed hourly rate and any applicable charges (such as travel expenses).
2.2 Invoices will be issued based on the confirmed timesheet records, and payment is due within from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Late payments will be subject to an interest charge of 5% per month above the prevailing Bank of England base rate until the full balance is settled.
3. Additional Charges & Adjustments
3.1 If additional hours are worked beyond the agreed schedule, the Client agrees to pay for the extra time at the agreed hourly rate.
3.2 Any pre-agreed expenses (e.g., travel, accommodation, or ingredient costs for specific assignments) will be added to the invoice and must be reimbursed by the Client.
4. Non-Signing of Timesheet
4.1 If the Client fails to sign the timesheet for any reason, the hours recorded by the Relief Chef will be deemed accurate and payable unless disputed in writing within 24 hours of submission.
4.2 Failure to sign a timesheet does not absolve the Client of their payment obligations under this agreement.
5. Termination & Cancellations
5.1 If the Client wishes to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, they must provide 24 hours' notice before the shift commences.
5.2 Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated shift cost.
6. Liability & Responsibilities
6.1 The Client is responsible for providing a safe working environment for the Relief Chef and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
6.2 Chef Lee Culinary shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from the engagement of services.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By signing the timesheet, the Client:

✅ Agrees to the payment terms and conditions outlined above.
✅ Accepts responsibility for making timely payments based on the confirmed hours.
